I weighed myself again this morning and, alas, nearly a pound is gone along with my period!
Starting weight: 62.6 kg; 137.0 lb.
Current weight: 59.3 kg; 130.8 lb.

That Time of the Month…
It is the second day of that time of the month for me… My next weigh-in date is this Sunday, the fifth, or in two days.
Just in case I didn’t make that clear enough, I will still have my period on my weigh-in day…
