When I first started weighing myself again, I did so everyday. In fact, weighing myself was my motivator for getting out of bed in the mornings! My daily weight fluctuation, however, was too much to take, and it began to discourage me.
So, here’s my advice to anyone on the same journey to health and fitness: Do yourself a favor, and only weigh yourself weekly, please!
- Sept. 10 -62.6 kg; 137.0 lb.
- Sept. 17 – 61.7 kg; 136.03 lb.
- Sept. 28 – 59.7 kg; 131. 6 lb.
- Oct. 6 – 59.7 kg; 131.6 lb. (TTOM)
- Oct. 12 – 59.0 kg; 130.0 lb.
- Oct. 19 – 58.2 kg; 128.3 lb.
- Oct. 26 – 57.8 kg; 127.4 lb.
- Nov. 2 – …. ..; ….. lb. (No weigh-in – TTOM)
- Nov. 9 – 57.0 kg; 125.6 lb.
- Nov. 16 – 56.7 kg; 125.0 lb.
- Nov.30 – 56.3 kg; 124.2 lb.
- Dec. 7 – 55.8 kg; 123.2 lb.
- Dec. 14 – 55.3 kg; 122.0 lb.
