I told myself I would not step on the scale on Sunday for my weekly weigh-in because I would be on day four of my time of the month and, frankly, seeing a higher number is extremely discouraging.
So I didn’t weigh myself… on Sunday. But I did today.
Hmm. So I guess I didn’t exactly cheat?
Anyway.
It’s day five of my period, so I figured I wouldn’t be retaining as much liquid as I would’ve been on days one or two. Weeell, lo and behold, my weight is EXACTLY the same as it was eight days ago.
Yay? Or Aww?
